Roles and responsibilities:
- Oversee staff professional development undertakings.
- Organize various in-house seminars, workshops and camps related to staff professional development.
- Collect and process information on staff's participation in professional development.
- Drive forward the staff professional development scheme by means such as maintaining the staff profiles.
- Allocate work to student teachers and supply teachers.
